HomeLakewood Village Community Church is a neighborhood church where people come to enjoy being part of a warm family of faith. Our history is filled with caring for those in need both near and far. We are an independent congregation of Christians from many backgrounds who have united through faith in Jesus Christ. We enjoy meaningful worship with inspiring music as we seek God’s guidance within a spirit of loving acceptance and mutual respect.

Sunday, November 16, 4 pm: The Night Blooming Jazzmen Dixieland Band
The Friends of Music Concert Series continues with the Nite Blooming Jazzmen! Get here early for a good seat. It is a lot of fun and great Dixieland Jazz entertainment!
Friday, December 5, 7 pm: Remembrance Service
We gather to prepare for the Christmas season by remembering and honoring those who now live in the heavenly kingdom. With lovely harp music we come forward to place our personal ornaments in memory of loved ones.
Sunday, December 7, 10 am: Blessing of our Children
This is a moving time for us in Sunday worship as parents and children come up to the altar. Parents place a hand upon their children to pray for God’s care. With heartfelt prayers we seek God’s blessing upon our children for the new year ahead.
